Pippa Murphy Ltd interior design studio is based in Woodbridge, Suffolk and we work for clients in the UK and abroad.
Pippa and her team are known for their commitment to crafting authentic, liveable spaces.
With 36 years of experience in interior design, Pippa has cultivated a rich background shaped by her time living in the UK, Europe, the USA, and South America. After studying at The Inchbald School of Design she refined her expertise across both residential and commercial projects. In 2019, Pippa Murphy Design Studio was founded to provide clients with a more personalised approach to design. Shortly after the business became established Molly joined the team as lead design assistant.
In addition to the interior design projects, the team run a successful soft furnishings business collaborating with two skilled makers. Pippa’s love for fabrics has been a cornerstone in her career and being able to impart her knowledge and be involved in the process of creating beautiful soft furnishings satisfies her love for working with textiles.

Helen
Senior Interior Designer
Helen began her interest in design at the London College of Fashion before joining Pippa as a design assistant, where she developed a passion for bespoke soft furnishings and interior design. Helen later went on to formalise her training, achieving a distinction in the Certificate Interior Design course at KLC and receiving a Highly Commended award from House & Garden for her final project in 2019.
Following her studies, Helen worked as a freelance interior designer, collaborating with several established Suffolk-based studios and managing her own projects under Theia Interiors. In January 2025 she rejoined the Pippa Murphy team as Senior Designer, bringing her thoughtful, detailed approach and a strong foundation in both creative and technical design.
